Blanc is all about the extravagant and individual presentation of food. The gourmet line Blanc was developed to meet the challenging demands of top hotels and restaurants with innovative solutions. High class gourmet chefs as Nils Henkel, who has decorated the food creations on the plates (photos), have given us advise about their needs. This range combines sophisticated and functional design with exceptional porcelain quality: The gravy boat features a double wall with thermo-effect and a special spout for easy portioning of sophisticated sauces. The cloche can be stacked and has a seal that prevents clattering noises at the serving. Extremely thin porcelain and a broad rim with matt finish give the plates an elegant look. Distinctive rectangular plasters complete the program.
